We only collect the information you choose to give us, along with limited technical data needed to run the site:

• Newsletter sign-ups: your first name and email address.
• Stylist applications: your name, email, location, specialty, years of experience, hourly rate, remote availability, portfolio link, Instagram handle, and bio.
• Advertising applications: your name, email, brand name, store or website link, chosen ad type, and any message you include.
• Emails you send us: your email address and the contents of your message.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which our hosting provider records automatically for security and reliability.

Style Match runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and the mood board PDF it generates are not sent to or stored on our servers.

• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To review stylist applications and, if approved, list your profile in our marketplace.
• To review advertising applications, respond to inquiries, and deliver ad placements.
• To reply to questions and support requests.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run SUPERB, and only as needed to provide their service:

• Sanity — content management and storage of stylist and advertising applications.
• Resend — sending emails and managing our newsletter and advertiser contact lists.
• Our hosting provider — serving the website and keeping basic server logs.

If you are approved as a stylist, the profile information you submitted (excluding your email address) may be shown publicly in the marketplace. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of SUPERB and our users.

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep stylist and advertising applications for as long as needed to evaluate them and maintain our working relationship, and delete them on request unless we are legally required to keep them. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing team@superb.style. We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SUPERB is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites, including brands, stylists, Stylist Elixir, Instagram, X, and YouTube. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced on the site or by email.
